Thank you for your interest in the Starfish Initiative!

We are currently accepting applications from students who will be freshmen in the 2008-09 school year. If you need more information after you have reviewed the application, please contact Starfish Initiative Scholar Coordinator, Beverly Roche (955-7914) or Executive Director, Joyce Johnson, (955-7913).

Completed applications should be returned to the Starfish Initiative, 814 N. Delaware Street,Suite A, Indianapolis, IN, 46204. The Starfish Initiative and our partner High Schools review applications on a first-come first-served basis.

Would you like to apply to become a Starfish Scholar?

In order to be eligible, you must:

1. Believe intensely in your ability to graduate from college and fulfill your life dreams and purpose.
   
2. Be enrolled in the 7th or 8th grade when you make application.
   
3. Be interested in attending a college-preparatory high school in Indianapolis.
   
4. Qualify as a 21st Century Scholar www.scholars.in.gov.
   
5. Contact the Starfish Initiative Office at 955-7912 if you need more information.
