Men’s Adventure Weekend is Filling Up — Sign Up Now

November 5, 2009 – After a couple of practical glitches, we have reworked the Men’s Adventure Weekend – different place, basically – but it will still include the same positive programs and opportunities. And just as importantly, it’s on the same date: November 20-21.

Our weekend will be at Flat Rock River YMCA Camp in St. Paul, Indiana. (Yes, we had to ask, too.) It’s southeast of Indy, just past Shelbyville, off I-74.

We’ll be doing a lot: archery, rappelling, team building on a ropes course, and alpine tower. Friday night we’ll have a night hike and Saturday night we’ll relax with a hay ride. These activities all work toward developing our Scholar’s ability to relate to other guys in a mature and trusting way. These activities work.

Oh – and we’ll be sleeping in cabins (with indoor facilities).
