Construction progresses

April 23, 2009 – Phase 3 of the complete office redesign at Starfish Initiative continues, as work proceeds on a new parent/Scholar lounge and the conversion of the garage to a multi-purpose Commons room.

This is the last phase of the project that has given the offices a brand-new look, with bold colors, new furniture and a transformed feel.

The project was made possible thanks to the generous donations of products and services of Leo Brown Group, d2p, a Select Kimball Furniture Dealer, CiSolutions and DesignPlan, Inc and a matching capital fund grant from United Way of Central Indiana.

The redesign/renovation project began in early February and is expected to be completed in early May.

An public Open House will be held on May 30 from 12:30-4 p.m. for Scholars, families, mentors and friends of Starfish to see the changes.
